Contrave is available as a fixed-dose combination of naltrexone hydrochloride 8 mg and bupropion hydrochloride 90 mg extended-release tablets for oral administration and the Health Canada-approved dosage is two tablets twice daily for a total daily dose of 32 mg of naltrexone hydrochloride and 360 mg of bupropion hydrochloride |
