On the other hand W.J. Smith, editor of "The Grenville papers," maintains that Lord Temple was the author, and by others the Earl of Liverpool is mentioned.--NUC pre-1956. - Filmed from copy at the Beinecke Library; copy imperfect: second and third tracts lacking. - Goldsmiths'-Kress no. 10382.0-5. - OCLC, 24018026. - Reproduction of original from Beinecke Library, Yale University. - Title on added t.p.: Three tracts on the conduct of the late and present administrations from July 1765 to February 1767
