Item Description:Attributed to Charles Lloyd.--NUC pre-1956. - Charles Lloyd was secretary to George Grenville, and the authorship is attributed to him by Halkett and Laing (Dict.), Cushing (Anonyms), Winsor (Narr. & crit. hist.), British museum Catalogue, and Dictionary of national biography which adds that "much of this pamphlet ... was dictated by Grenville himself." On the other hand W.J.
