Recent disaster events revealed significant knowledge gaps and the need to better understand the risks faced by critical sectors and what actions countries can take to systematically, yet efficiently, mitigate and manage these risks. This report helps close some of these gaps by providing guidance to decision-makers and practitioners on how to make focused and smart investments to increase the disaster and climate resilience of critical sectors.
