You begin with an overview of the exam environment itself and the high-level goals of the exam. You then move on to a review of general CI/CD terminology and how it applies to Jenkins concepts. You'll look at how to create CI/CD models that are scalable, maintainable, and secure. This video course offers many demonstrations to help reinforce what you're learning. When you've completed it, you should be in a good position to pass the exam and add the initials "CJE" to your title and resume.
You want to become a Certified Jenkins Engineer You're a developer who wants to create, configure, and manage your own CI/CD jobs and/or pipelines You're a Jenkins administrator and need to understand how to manage Jenkins instances on an enterprise level You're a QA tester and want to run tests in an automated fashion Prerequisites: You should have experience with a Continuous Integration product (optimally Jenkins) You should be familiar with Continuous Integration and/or Continuous Delivery concepts Understanding of developer workflows (e.g., compilation, testing, packaging of binaries) and tooling (e.g., SCM) Materials or downloads needed in advance: You will need access to a Jenkins instance, either local or remote.
