Summary: | This document presents the review of the expert working group brought together by INSERM in the collective expertise procedure to answer the questions raised by the Director General of Health (DGH) concerning the position of vaccination in controlling tuberculosis in France. It is based on the scientific data available at the date of the first 6 months of 2004. The documentary base for this expert review consists of approximately 900 articles and documents. The INSERM collective expertise centre co-ordinated this collective expertise with the Departement animation et partenariat scientifique (DAPS, Department for Facilitation and Scientific Partnership) to prepare the dossier and with the documentation service of the Departement de l'information scientifique et de la communication (DISC; the Department of Scientific Information and Communication) for the literature search |
