Summary: | The acts of intimidation and pressure on the Judiciary and the various bodies that make up the judicial system during the government of former President Mauricio Macri have undermined the independence that Justice should have. Far from being individual, specific acts, what was carried out in the Argentine Republic was a Systematic and Structural Plan for the Cooptation of the Argentine Judicial Power, to establish an "à la carte" Judicial Power. This book is the result of an extensive investigation that does not respond to any motive of a corporate or political-partisan order; its pages seek to establish the central role that judges, lawyers and other auxiliaries of the judicial system must have in the defense and preservation of human rights and, in general, of an impartial and independent Judicial Power, and also in the defense of the validity of the rule of law
