The main goal of the project is the presentation of a selection of letters, combined with rich annotations as well as registers for persons and works.

Jahrhunderts. Die Korrespondenz ist eine reichhaltige Quelle für die Wissenschaftsgeschichte. Hauptziel des Projekts war die Erarbeitung einer Druckausgabe, die eine Auswahl der wichtigsten Korrespondenzen enthält; diese sind durch einen umfangreichen Kommentar sowie ein Personen- und Werkregister erschlossen.
