Summary:The objective of this systematic review is to evaluate of the beneficial and harmful effects of the fixed-dose combination (FDC) of elvitegravir/cobicistat/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (EVG/COBI/FTC/TAF) for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with no known mutations associated with resistance to the individual components of EVG/COBI/FTC/TAF.
