March 18. 1771. - Reproduction of original from Library of Congress. - The author is probably Jane (Harris) Dunlap, born in Milton, Mass., who married George Dunlap of Boston, Apr. 17, 1757. He died Jan. 7, 1771, and she married Deacon Jonathan Livermore of Northborough Nov. 16, 1775. "To the reader." places the death of the author's husband between Jan. 1 and Mar. 18, 1771. - Title page portrait of Whitefield (Reilly 1189) is the only illustration. - Wegelin, O. Amer. poetry, 127
