Sir, by special order of the general meeting of the baronets of Scotland, held here on the 14th current, I, as clerk of the meeting, have the honour of transmitting to you as a Scots baronet, a copy of their proceedings, together with the letters of their committee to the Earl of Suffolk and the Lory Lyon. I have also the honour to inclose to you an engraving of the badge of the order, as it should now be worn in all representations of the arms of baronets
