Also, The Rates paid to Carmen for the Carriage of Goods: Together with their Orders and Ordinances, as settled by the Lord Mayor, &c. at a General Quarter Sessions of the Peace held at the Guildhall, London. The Whole useful to Gentlemen, and designed as an Assistant to Warehousemen and Shopkeepers, who send Bales or Parcels into the Country.
