Item Description:English Short Title Catalog, T184563. - Reproduction of original from Cambridge University Library. - Sheridan, as manager of the Theatre Royal in Smock Alley, forbade one of his actors, West Digges, to give part of a speech in James Miller's 'Mahomet the imposter', on the 2nd of March, 1754.
