The claim of taxing the navigations and free lands for the drainage and preservation of the fens, considered being the contents of a pamphlet first printed in 1778. Wherein is shewn, the oppressive design of a bill then offered to Parliament by the Corporation of the Bedford Level, but afterwards abandoned. and wherein will be discovered the no less oppressive design of a bill now in contemplation for making a new cut from Eau Brink to Lynn harbour. For the Information of those who may be affected by the Tolls and Taxes intended to be imposed by the last mentioned Bill
