An abstract of an act, for building a bridge cross the river Thames from the new palace yard in the city of Wesminster, to the opposite shore in the county of Surrey. To which are added, the terms of insurance for the benefit of the adventurers, from (at least) one half of the Loss they must (otherwise) sustain by their Blanks, in the Lottery for Building a Bridge cross the said River as they are now finally settled and fixed: So as, That the most Unfortunate who shall have four Blanks together, or but one Prize (of Ten Pounds) in his four Insured Tickets, shall have that Prize, And his whole Premium (paid for this Insurance) return'd him by the Bank of England
