Levent Gürel (born 1964 in Izmir, Turkey; transliterated as Levent Gurel) is a Turkish scientist and electrical engineer. He was the director of [http://abakus.computing.technology/BiLCEM Computational Electromagnetics Research Center (BiLCEM)] and a professor in the [http://www.ee.bilkent.edu.tr/main/index.php Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering] at the Bilkent University, Turkey until November 2014. Currently, he is serving as an adjunct professor at the [http://www.ece.illinois.edu/ University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering].
