Early Amer. medical imprints, 15. - English Short Title Catalog, W10126. - Evans, 25075. - Page 19 misnumbered 91 in some copies. - Reproduction of original from Library of Congress. - Two states noted by Edwin Wolf. In the earlier, "A list of burials" appears on a preliminary leaf pi1 and [A]1 verso is blank. In the later state, the list appears on [A]1 verso and there is no leaf pi1. Slight changes in the text were made as well. Cf.
