Sir, agreeably to the order of the quarterly General Court held here on Wednesday the first day of June instant, I have inclosed the report of the Extraordinary Committee, stating the situation of the finances, and of the expenditure of the Hospital. I am also directed to inform you, that an Extraordinary General Court is ordered to be called for the purpose of confirming the several resolutions made on the above report, on Thursday the 7th day of July next, when the favor of your company is earnestly requested
