| Summary: | This volume collects the main results of an internal work of the FAMI-PRIMA Project, Regional Plan for Strengthening the Labor Integration of Migrants 2018-2020. Through a partnership with Anci Sardegna, the Autonomous Region of Sardinia (RAS), and the Sardinian Agency for Active Employment Policies (ASPAL), the project aims to foster better socio-work integration of applicants and holders of humanitarian, subsidiary and political asylum protection through the survey of the skills, competencies and capacities declared by themselves. Through the generous collaboration of linguistic-cultural mediators, a questionnaire capable of highlighting some socio-demographic characteristics of migrants, the universe of services used on the spot, and their desires regarding professional placement in the different segments of the Italian labor market was administered in the different provinces of the Island. The author elaborated, analyzed and commented on the research results by translating the skills declared by migrants according to the dictionary of the ISTAT CP2011 Classification of Occupations. Thus, the elements of continuity, but also those of rupture and novelty that characterize the migratory phenomenon in the island's labor market were highlighted, returning to policy makers the factual possibility of designing vocational training courses in line with the detected skills. Il volume raccoglie i principali risultati di un lavoro interno al Progetto FAMI-PRIMA, Piano Regionale di rafforzamento dell'integrazione lavorativa dei migranti 2018-2020. Attraverso un partenariato con Anci Sardegna, Regione Autonoma della Sardegna (RAS) e l'Agenzia Sarda per le Politiche Attive del Lavoro (ASPAL), il progetto intende favorire un migliore inserimento socio-lavorativo dei richiedenti e titolari di protezione umanitaria, sussidiaria e asilo politico attraverso la rilevazione degli skills, competenze e delle capacità dichiarate dagli stessi soggetti. Attraverso la generosa collaborazione dei mediatori linguistico-culturali, nelle diverse province dell'Isola è stato somministrato un questionario capace di evidenziare alcune caratteristiche socio-anagrafiche dei soggetti migranti, l'universo dei servizi usufruiti in loco, e i loro desiderata in ordine al collocamento professionale nei diversi segmenti del mercato del lavoro italiano. L'autore ha elaborato, analizzato e commentato i risultati della ricerca traducendo le competenze dichiarate dai migranti secondo il dizionario della Classificazione delle professioni Istat CP2011. Si sono dunque messi in evidenza gli elementi di continuità, ma anche quelli di rottura e novità che caratterizzano il fenomeno migratorio nel mercato del lavoro isolano, restituendo ai policy makers la possibilità fattiva di progettare corsi di formazione professionale in linea con le competenze rilevate. |
