This text seeks to provide general guidelines for the formulation and design of these public policies from the perspective of democracy and equality, a sociological and practical analysis. Desde la perspectiva de la relación público-privado, vale recordar que lo público supera el ámbito de lo estatal, con similitudes, coincidencias en los contextos, referidas desde la amplitud con la que se realiza una acción hasta formas de relación que superan lo individual, pero no están determinadas o amparadas por lo estatal. El presente texto busca brindar directrices generales de la formulación y diseño de estas políticas públicas desde el enfoque de la democracia e igualdad, un análisis sociológico y práctico. |
