Take notice, that by a clause in an act of the present session, it is provided, that every private licensed sedan chair shall have a gilt brass plate of the size and form as above affixed to them, under penalties similar to those on carriages without plates. The same will be numbered alphabetically, and the proper persons will forthworth apply to fix on said plates gratis, at the usual places where charis are kept
