Before the Most Noble and Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Appeals in Prize Causes La Ville de Trieste, John Joseph Hyvert, Master. The said John Joseph Hyvert, the Master, described a Burgher of Ostend, and a Subject of his Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Germany, the Claimant, on Behalf of Messrs. Famin and Rigoult, described Burghers, Merchants, and Inhabitants of Ostend aforesaid, and Subjects of his said Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Germany, as the Owners and Proprietors of the said Ship, her Tackle, Apparel, and Furniture, and all and singular the Goods, Wares, and Merchandizes laden therein; also on Behalf of himself, as being Master and Supercargo on board the said Ship; also on Behalf of Peter Leroux, described a Burgher, late an Inhabitant of the City of Ostend, and Second Captain, or Mate, of the said Ship-Andrew Fassy, described a Burgher, and late an Inhabitant of Ostend, and Second Mate, or First Lieutenant of said Ship-Charles Duclos, Third Mate, or Second Lieutenant on board the said Ship; and on Behalf of Mr. Dumoulin, described a Burgher, and late an Inhabitant of the Bishoprick of Liege, in Germany, a Passenger on board the said Ship, and Lewis Bartholomew Blanc, the Cook and Baker on board of said Ship, for sundry Goods as their private Adventures, Appellant, against William George Fairfax, Esq. Commander of his Majesty's Ship of War the Tartar, and Benjamin Hulke, Esq.
