B, here unsigned) reset, with eight leaves, printed not before March 1782 on internal evidence and variously paginated in other copies, inserted after the first p. 48, and with pp. 53-54 of the pp. 53-98 section of the 1780 edition cancelled in favour of a leaf numbered pp. 51-52. - English Short Title Catalog, T63658. - Reproduction of original from British Library. - The first p. 57 misnumbered 53. - The inserted eight leaves are paginated in other copies as: variant 1 pp. 45-56,[4]. - The titlepage and dedication leaf, which is signed: J.
