III. The work to be printed on a superfine demy paper. IV. The history to consist of one hundred numbers; or, should the progress of the late revolution be marked by new and interesting events, before the period of the conclusion of this work, to be then extended at the option of the author, so as to include every circumstance that may be essential to form a complete history of France. V. That a number be published regularly every week, without any interruption whatever
