The loyal inhabitants of this town (who have stood forward, and have given in their Names To form Volunteer Companies, with Messrs. Kelly, Shepherd, Arthur, Hawker, And others, Agreeable to the Resolutions of the General Committee, for the County of Devon,) are requested to meet at the Guildhall, on Thursday next, the 5th Instant, at Nine O'Clock in the Morning, to appoint their Officers, in Order that such Appointment, with the Proposals for forming this Corps, may be laid before the Plymouth Committee, for their Approval, and that the same may be transmitted by the Chairman, to the General Committee
