Prize sugars not foreign An essay intended to vindicate the rights of the public to the use of prize sugars; And to shew the Impolicy, as well as Injustice of forcing the Prize Cargoes out of the Kingdom, at a Time when the Manufactory is languishing through the want of due Employment, and the People are aggrieved by the excessive Price of the Commodity.
