The following address was presented to Her Majesty by Crew Offley, Esq accompanied by several gentlemen of Cheshire, who had the Honour of kissing Her Majesty's Hand, and introduc'd by his Grace the Duke of Devonshire: Which Address Her Majesty receiv'd very graciously.
